Reports can be a brief summary or a detailed analysis, depending on your goals and preference. All medical terms and abbreviations are clearly defined. Medical records are arranged in chronological order with highlights of pertinent information so that a clear overview of the case can be seen at a glance.  Problems with treatments, drugs and/or unsafe working conditions are clearly identified together with accepted standards of care or accepted safety regulations.
